Jimmy Purr is the lead singer and pianist/keyboardist of The Fuze. With perfect pitch, Purr channels his inner Brian Wilson and arranges intricate vocal harmonies and piano motifs over a quantity of different genres.

Matt Florio is the lead guitarist and vocalist of The Fuze and a local legend in the New Paltz band scene, known for his concise and wicked fast guitar playing reminiscent of Brian May and Ritchie Blackmore.

Jay Ausiello

Bass/Vocals

Jay Ausiello is the advantageous bass player and Michael Anthony/Roger Taylor esque backing vocalist of The Fuze, known for his accurate ear and ringing tenor voice. Ausiello also composes experimental electronic work.

Nick Thompson

Drums/Vocals

Nick Thompson is the drummer and multi instrumentalist of The Fuze, with innate strength and stamina behind the kit. It just so happens he also sings!

Simply put, this guy’s the man.
